Joel Franklin

 

     

Joel Franklin is Associate Professor at the Royal Institute of Technology.

 

His research interests recently have included transport equity, congestion pricing, land use and transport interactions, and travel time reliability.

 

He also teaches courses in transport policy and coordinates the Master of Transport Systems at KTH.

Joel holds a Ph.D. in Urban Planning from the University of Washington, Seattle, and earlier degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He has also worked as a transport consultant at Fehr & Peers in Sacramento, California.
