Lucia is an Associate Director with extensive experience in providing strategic advice in relation to transport system investment, being predominantly involved in the evaluation and analysis of private finance initiatives in the transport sector, including rapid transit schemes and toll roads.
She has over 14 years’ experience in both auditing/due-diligence and forecasting PPP/PFI projects worldwide and has managed the vast |
majority of SDG’s Infrastructure work in Central and South East Europe, Russia and Turkey.
She is currently directing Steer Davies Gleave contribution to the structuring of a PPP scheme for a new cable-car project in Montenegro on behalf of the EBRD.
